Single Malt Whisky SOLIGNY "Air de Plaine"

SINGLE MALT WHISKY 46% vol. –70 cl Notes of cereal, thatch, honey, almond pastry, and plum tart, blending with aromas of nutmeg, gingerbread, and licorice. Serve neat, then topped up with a dash of fresh or iced water, at any time as desired. Color: Natural, orange-gold. The concentration of the perfumes may cause a slight cloudiness in the bottle. Our alcohols are neither filtered nor colored to preserve all the flavors and aromas. Cereals: 100% spring barley malt, Planet and Laureate varieties. Distillation: By preserving the grains following a slow and frugal process to preserve the character and aromas of our malt. Barrels: a combination of new oak barrels from our region, and barrels of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines.
