SOLIGNY "Aube" Single Malt Whisky

SINGLE MALT WHISKY 49.5% vol. –70 cl Notes of cereal, chestnut, tea, and leather combine with aromas of licorice, straw, and bramble. Serve neat, then topped up with a dash of fresh or iced water, at the end of the afternoon or as an accompaniment to a dessert... as desired. Color: Natural, orange-gold. The concentration of the perfumes may cause a slight cloudiness in the bottle. Our alcohols are neither filtered nor colored to preserve all the flavors and aromas. Cereals: 100% Planet spring barley malt. Distillation: August to October 2020. By preserving the grains using a slow and frugal process to preserve the character and aromas of our malt. Barrels: two new fine-grained French oak barrels from the Fouailly cooperage, one barrel of Grand Cru Pinot Noir Burgundy wine and one barrel of Premier Cru Chardonnay Burgundy.
