SOLIGNY Chant du Coq N°4 Malted barley brandy

MALTED BARLEY BRAND NEW LIFE 46% vol. –70 cl Notes of cereal, fruit, tea, and hay blend with sweet flavors of malt, honey, and licorice. Serve neat, topped up with sparkling water, as a Manhattan, with hot chocolate... as desired. Color: Natural, orange amber. The concentration of the perfumes may cause a slight cloudiness in the bottle. Our alcohols are not filtered or colored to preserve all the flavors and aromas. Cereals: 100% Laureate spring barley malt, grown without chemicals from sowing to harvest on our plots. Harvest of July 22, 2021. Distillation: Summer Fall 2022. By preserving the grains and using a slow and frugal process to preserve the character and aromas of our malt. Barrels: The eaux-de-vie are aged for an average of 12 months in fine-grained French oak barrels. A few barrels of great Burgundy wines were also used to highlight the flavors of the malt.
