
Our Whisky "Le Conquérant" is not what you imagine... A complex recipe of organic barley malts. Brewed, fermented, distilled and aged in 225 litre French oak barrels in our Distillery. Each bottle is produced in small series, numbered and comes from a "single barrel" ensuring the traceability and exclusivity of each production. Pass by a Norman bakery, and smell the pastry notes, the pure, intense cocoa, and the stone fruits of the seasonal tarts. Our artisanal creations will take you off the beaten track. The eye A beautiful cloudy pale gold and generous tears. Troubled because it is unfiltered, this additive-free product has not been mixed with shavings! The nose Intense notes of pure dried cocoa, then those of stewed stone fruits arouse curiosity. The mouth A silky welcome in the mouth thanks to our still. An assertive attack with long malty notes. The cocoa flavors intermingle with those of mirabelle plum and malted barley grains. A long and slightly tangy finish that will make you salivate with envy. Tasting advice: Alone, on ice.
