Production: L’Esprit du Moulin is an olive eau-de-vie, an original product born from the diversification of production in La Royère. Pomace (leftover olive oil production paste) and virgin olive oil are macerated in alcohol before being distilled in a copper still. Tasting: Serve as a digestive at room temperature or iced like a vodka. In cocktails, replacing gin in a gin and tonic, in a gin fizz, or in a dry martini. Alcoholic degree: 44% vol. Capacity: 50cl
