ROSEMARY – MARC DE LA ROYÈRE Production: Romarin – Marc de La Royère is an eau-de-vie made from grape marc from the AOP Luberon appellation and rosemary. The marc is distilled in an Armagnac still to obtain an alcohol comparable to that of Italian Grappa. The rosemary sprigs are then added to macerate for 80 days. Tasting: To be enjoyed as a digestive at room temperature. In cocktails, it goes wonderfully with honey (from La Royère of course!)and lime in a ti-punch or shake. Alcohol content: 44% vol.
