The brilliant cleanliness of the colour, the elegance of the aromas, the harmony of the flavours. All this is our Illune, the fruit of our passion and that of the people who work with us.​ A wine with a very fresh and enveloping attack. This is followed by distinctly acidic notes, which preserve its freshness. Of good persistence, and excellent taste balance, it has a moderately bitter finish. It pairs well with shellfish and in general with all fish-based appetizers. Excellent as an aperitif.
