Elderflower jelly (220g)

Elderflower is very different and surprises with its aromas of lychee, maple, linden and fresh rose. 

We like to surprise, so we combine elderflower with a little Sicilian lemon juice and a hint of Espelette pepper, to further develop this strange country scent.   On foie gras it's a treat: in a strawberry salad, on your summer ice creams and sorbets, pannacotta and of course on your breakfast toast or a good slice of toasted brioche, it remains a must!
