
RAW CAMARGUE HONEY Our foraging sites: Camargue Regional National Park Flowering: March - July The bees went to collect bouquets of flowers such as white clover and sunflowers, but also cucurbits, trefoil, brassicas, knapweeds and rosaceae. With a delicate smell and a pleasant taste, it develops a sweet flavor in the mouth, with vegetal, tangy and persistent notes. Color The honey from our Camargue vintage is yellow, golden in color. Then its fine crystallization gives it a straw-yellow amber color. *Depending on the harvest, the color of the honey may vary between the photos on our site and the honeys you will receive.
