Château Romer du Hayot 2015 – Sauternes Grand Cru Classé 1855

A fine and elegant Grand Cru Classé 1855!  Romer du Hayot 2015 presents a precise and complex nose.  We find notes of apricots, candied fruits, honey and acacia flowers.  The balance on the palate is perfect with superb tension and a beautiful minerality with very pure botrytis. The attack is lively and harmonious and the finish is extremely long and supple.  A delight!
