Château Le Juge (17th century) owes its name to a justice of the peace who lived there after the Revolution. The Perromat family acquired the vineyard in 1995. Jacques and Guillaume Perromat, 6th generation of winegrowers, today operate the family property. The average age of their vines is 15 years. Sauternais is bordered to the south by the immense Landes forest and to the north by the Garonne valley. Clay, sand and gravel are superimposed there. This terroir is of remarkable quality for producing Sauternes. This Sauternes is characterized by its fruitiness, citrus notes, its creaminess and its finesse. On the palate we find a very nice volume with notes of honey. Very nice finish.
