The galette des rois in January is sacred!  We eat one, two, three pancakes at least.  Finally, we eat it throughout the month of January, it's allowed :-p This is an ideal kit for preparing a delicious and memorable snack to celebrate Epiphany!  It includes a preparation for frangipane cream, a bean and a crown.  How to prepare a king cake?
