The Eperluette table is the marriage of exceptional products.   Expertly focused on flavors and culinary discovery.   A blend perfectly orchestrated by Marie, creator of Ep les Gourmands in Tarn.   Our specialty is Umami flavor.   Umami, also called the 5th flavor, means “essence of deliciousness” in Japanese, and its taste is often described as the meaty, savory delight that deepens the flavor.

At the beginning of Ampersand, there is Black Garlic.   Known since Antiquity, it is obtained by steaming, a process used for several centuries in Asia.
 It is this black garlic that made us evolve:
In 2019 we are developing our first Tarnais black garlic products.
In 2020 we are launching the Eperluette range
In 2022 we are marketing to Chefs, chocolatiers or pastry chefs, our black lemon made from French lemons
In 2023 we are creating the Table Noire Eperluette for all epicureans and lovers of cooking, whether professionals or individuals.
