Laguiole design blond horn tip

This Laguiole has been designed with a look that is deliberately similar to the Thiers knife. It's a wink from Auvergne. Made from 2 0.8 cm thick horn tip plates, hand-shaped to obtain its characteristic curve. The blonde horn tip is the end of the horn. This is the most beautiful and resistant part. 2 stainless steel plates are engine-turned then riveted between the spring and the handle to ensure better closing flexibility and solidity in use. Blade in 12C27 steel (surgical stainless steel) with a thickness of 3 mm at the heel and a hardness of 56-57 Hrc. It is blunted (removal of beveled material) then sharpened and sharpened.
