Greek extra virgin olive oil from southern Laconia. Variety: Athinolia. (It is a local variety. The olives are always harvested green from October) and Koroneiki. It is a little full-bodied but with a rich taste and well balanced between fruitiness, spiciness and bitterness. PGI LACONIA Fragrance: Light and balanced. Fragrant and fruity but very discreet. Taste: Fruity, quite strong and more bitter than other oils, “like biting into a green olive”. Full-bodied and rich with a spicy aftertaste.
