Nocciòlin, Natural Liqueur of Piedmont Hazelnut IGP of the Langhe

A new generation of hazelnut liqueur, perfect as an after-dinner drink neat or on the rocks and mixed into the most elaborate cocktails. The hazelnuts, exclusively “Nocciole Piemonte IGP” from the Langhe, recognized as the best in the world for their excellent organoleptic characteristics, are grown by us on the farm. After harvesting, they are selected and dried in the sun in August, then delicately roasted in the oven to release their unique fragrance. One part undergoes a maceration process in alcohol to obtain all their aroma, the other part is distilled to extract all the aromas, to then find themselves together in the bottle after a light filtration. Sugar is used in smaller quantities than in any other hazelnut liqueur. Aroma: Toasted hazelnut, cocoa. Tasting Notes: The balance between sweetness and a light bitter note of hazelnut gives the liqueur an intriguing complexity. The aroma of toasted hazelnut spreads delicately, leaving a long aftertaste on the palate. Perfect Serve: Ideal to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks after meals, this liqueur lends itself perfectly to accompany a dessert or to become a refined ingredient in recipes for extraordinary desserts. Shaken coffee, Espresso Martini and cocktails paired with Vodka, Rum and Whiskey. 20% ABV 50cL
