Christmas jam - Fig

The generosity of the fig, the small pieces of apple and pear candied in sugar, the homemade candied orange peel, and the almond which delicately completes the picture. Fig* 52%, Apple*, Pear*, Homemade candied orange peel, Almond, Light cane sugar.  * From orchards and family gardens in Alsace which have always been exempt from any treatment. Made with 98g of fruit per 100g of finished product. Total sugar content: 55%. Keep for at least 3 years at room temperature from the date of manufacture.  Store in a cool place after opening.
