Asparagus Spread

Asparagus* 85%, Almond, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper.  * White asparagus from Alsace from surplus production or off-calibre from local market gardeners. Store for 3 years at room temperature from manufacture.  Store in a cool place and consume quickly after opening.
