Roasted asparagus and mint spread

This new recipe based on green asparagus and dedicated to the aperitif was concocted in our workshop with good vegetables from our farm.

 Émile’s workshop is an artisanal family business producing spreadable vegetarian and natural aperitifs.   We offer you healthy and delicious recipes, certified organic (AB) and Origin France, without additives or preservatives.   All stages of our production (planting, crop monitoring, harvesting, cooking and jarring) are carried out by us on our farm.   It is located in Mouliherne (49), in the heart of Saumur, in the natural and historic region of the Loire Valley.
