EXTRA DRY ORGANIC SPARKLING PROSECCO

Light straw yellow in colour, it has an intense and persistent aroma with hints of acacia flowers and wisteria.   It recalls notes of lime tree, magnolia and hints of yellow apple and plum.   The slightly soft flavor is balanced by a pleasant acidic note.   The finish has a good savory touch.
