ORGANIC RESILIENS WHITE

Multivarietal from resistant PIWI vines.   Bright straw yellow glass, from which floral hints of lime and magnolia are released with elegance and complexity, then white peach, yellow apple, plum, litchi and exotic touches.   Strong drink, always balanced between softness, acidity and flavor, which flow parallel and lead to full balance.   Very persistent finish with a salty imprint.
