COMPLEX & EXCEPTIONAL Exceptional rosé made from our oldest vines, a structured, complex Tavel, for gastronomy and keeping, with an extraordinary length in the mouth for a rosé – an old fashion Tavel. Rich and ample wine on the palate, with spicy notes, caramel, vanilla, pepper, spicy finish. Grapes: Grenache 45% Clairette 30% Syrah 25% Serve between 12 and 14°, keep up to 5 years or more! This rather wintery Tavel goes very well with confit shoulders of lamb, tajine, or rich poultry.
