It was in the heart of La Baule at the very beginning of the 1980s that Fondant Bâlois first came out of a pastry oven on Avenue de Gaulle. Made exclusively from noble and perfectly natural ingredients (a great cocoa, fresh eggs, Guérande salt butter, form flour, and cane sugar), its fine and delicately caramelized texture, typically Breton, quickly make it a sought-after local speciality.
