Dried black elderberry umbels from the garden (Sambucus nigra) Usable : - as a herbal tea for its sudorific, expectorant, antitussive, digestive and diuretic properties. -in the kitchen to flavor desserts and savory dishes ----- Our black elderberry umbels come from the garden. 
They were harvested by our Member Gardeners and dried at low temperature.
