ORANGE BLOSSOM SHUTTLES

Fall for the Provençal shuttle flavored with orange blossom. It used to be eaten at Candlemas. Nowadays, this delicious cookie can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Note that in the North of the Country, the shuttle is a small bread with milk.
