A word from the winemaker, Aude Deltin: La Princesse de Malijay is a fresh and supple wine, a nice entry-level wine from Château Malijay.   Round and balanced, its nose offers beautiful notes of white flowers and sweet spices.    FOOD/WINE PAIRING: As an aperitif with summer salads, pasta, with stuffed vegetables or soft cheeses.    Vine cultivation and winemaking have been present at Château Malijay since 1562.   Located in the heart of the southern Côtes du Rhône, 7km from Orange, the Malijay estate is located in the Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu appellations and adjoins the most famous appellations of the region such as Vacqueyras, Gigondas or again Châteauneuf du Pape.
