This scented tea is perfect for lovers of green tea and bergamot for a fresh and gentle awakening. Our Green Earl Gray No. 123 is a blend of Sencha green tea from China and bergamot.

 COMPOSITION Sencha bergamot green tea. Brewing time: 2-3 minutes Temperature: 70-80°C Time of day: all day GREEN TEA Green tea is an unfermented tea. 

To avoid this fermentation, the leaves are heated suddenly to a temperature of around 100°C (either according to the Chinese method, in a large wok over a fire, or according to the Japanese method, with water vapor ). 

The leaves are then rolled into different shapes depending on traditions and countries (stick, twist, ball, etc.), then dried until they contain only 5% water.
