Our Æther - a London Dry Gin - represents the highly concentrated, carefully balanced essential oils of the herbs and natural ingredients. Made from a total of 33 botanicals, such as cedar wood, local fruits, blossoms, herbs and linden blossom honey, it is distilled with our triple-refined vodka factory. All ingredients were specially distilled. No sugar was used. With this work of art, we once again clarify our connection to innovative alchemy and our traditional craft.
