We marry our ÆTHER Gin with its distinctive juniper, roots, fruits and flowers with a smoky, peaty Islay whisky cask. The body is formed by a heavy toast oak barrel with aromas of tobacco, coffee, dark chocolate and oak.   In contrast, we use the fruity berry flavor and light sweetness of a freshly emptied port wine barrel, which creates the pink tint.
