The result is an aromatic, strong bitter spirit that is rather unconventional for an absinthe. We consciously avoid excessive use of anise. Instead, we use licorice, cinnamon, honey and bitter fennel to give the absinthe a certain sweetness. The beautiful color is created by the herbal extracts. A touch of regional linden blossom honey completes the absinthe enjoyment.
