L'Envolée - Acacia Honey - 500g

The Acacia flower hides unsuspected strength.   When it deploys its white clusters, it releases an explosive honey flow, a real storm of nectar, with an abundance that can reach up to 60 kg in a week, or sometimes, a complete silence of 0 kg.
Indi, our passionate beekeeper, wanted to reflect this intensity on her label.   The vibrant red symbolizes this explosion of flavors, while the birds in flight represent the density of activity of the bees, tirelessly going about their precious task.    This honey also contains a rare characteristic.   Unlike other honeys, this one always remains liquid.   In addition, its yellowish color, slightly tinted by the presence of hawthorn, testifies to the richness of its terroir.
Its taste, initially intense and powerful, softens delicately to give way to an exquisite sweetness on the palate.
