It is in the forests of Ariège, where the beekeeper Indi produces his most precious treasure: forest honey.   This authentic honey is made from a mixture of chestnut, oak, linden and bramble.    The label, a deep dark green, evokes the density of the forest and its mysterious elements, from the intertwined roots to the mushrooms hidden under the leaves, including the undergrowth. HASOpening the jar, a captivating scent invades you, with a subtle note of pine that evokes the wooded depths of the forest.
