Extra bitter orange jam - 100 g

Extra bitter orange jam: A real delight from my grandmother's recipe, to be enjoyed on a chocolate crepe.     Also delicious with cheese!     Obtained from excellent bitter oranges, inedible alone but so delicious in jam, a long process to peel them, keeping the peels to preserve them and mix them with the sweet pulp.  Ideal size for a garnished basket, as a gift for Mother's or Father's Day.
