Extra bitter orange jam ideal for small foiling and snacking

Extra bitter orange jam: A real delight from my grandmother's recipe, to be enjoyed on a chocolate crepe. Also delicious with cheese! Obtained from excellent bitter oranges, inedible on their own but so delicious in jam, a long process of peeling them, keeping the peels to preserve them and mix them with the sweet pulp.
