It is eaten like a condiment in all the daily plates! The products must be kept cool. DLUO of 6 months minimum upon receipt. Les Jarres Crues lacto-fermented vegetables are a great source of flavors and benefits for the body. Thanks to this ancestral preservation process, the vitamins of raw vegetables are preserved, and good bacteria for the intestinal microbiota develop.
