Mini rosemary focaccias from Tata Rita (200g)

Focaccia is a flat, oven-baked bread. It is also considered the Italian version of fougasse. At Les Niçois, they are made miniature, well-cooked, very crispy. We prepared them with rosemary to serve as toast to our spreads or to be eaten as is!
