Preparation for focaccia base Instructions: Pour the preparation into the bowl of a food processor. Separately, mix 300g of slightly lukewarm water with 8g of fresh yeast. Add to the mixture in 3 times and add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Mix. Leave to stand for 30 min. Fold the dough over itself without degassing. Leave to stand for 1 hour. Repeat the same process without degassing by adding 1 tbsp of olive oil. Place on a plate. Oil and refold without degassing. Cover and leave for 40 min. Make holes with your fingers and olive oil. Garnish as needed and bake at 250°C for 12 min. Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), herbs of Provence (rosemary, savory, thyme, basil, oregano), tomato flakes, salt.May contain traces of milk, nuts
