Vanilla sponge cake

Instructions for use: Pour the mixture into a salad bowl. Add 5 egg yolks and beat quickly for 5 min. Separately, beat the egg whites of the 5 eggs until stiff. Gently fold into the dough mixture. Spread on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for 10 min at 180°C. Once cooked, place the sponge cake with baking paper on top, on a damp tea towel and roll up. Once cooled, unroll and garnish as you wish. Ingredients: flour, sugar, natural vanilla flavor, yeast (may contain traces of nuts and lactose) net weight: 170g
