Our dry preparation has been developed from tasty quality products, in order to help you make at home and very simply, an incredibly light and delicious “butchy” or “brioche boules” brioche. Instructions for use: Mix 20g fresh yeast + 100g lukewarm milk separately. In the bowl of the robot, put the mixture + 2 eggs + 200g of thick cream or yogurt. Mix. Add the milk mixture. Knead for 8 min. Cover and leave for 1 hour 30 minutes. Degas. Make balls of approx. 40g (flour them to help) and stick them together in a dish. Rest 1h30. Cook for 30 minutes at 150°C. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Gourmet ideas: you can add (before cooking) pralines, dark chocolate chips or jam to your brioche for even more deliciousness. Dry preparation.
