Instructions for use: In a saucepan, put 80 g of water + 70 g of butter + 80 g of milk to boil. Then add the mixture from the sachet, and mix until you obtain a paste over low heat. Continue mixing to dry the dough for 5 minutes without stopping stirring and crushing the dough. Then put the dough in a salad bowl and leave to cool. Using an electric mixer, add 3 eggs one by one. Put the mixture in a piping bag and create small puffs. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. In the oven for 20/25 min at 180°C fan-assisted. The chouquettes must be cooked well so that they do not fall when they come out of the oven.
