Honey Gin

New Moon Gin was born from our love for this beverage that appeared 400 years ago in our regions. Our gin is entirely distilled and bottled in Wallonia. Composed of wonderful aromas (juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon, lemon verbena) as well as our flagship ingredient giving it a unique taste: honey from our bees.
