Thanks to the Distillerie Montjoie, nestled in the heart of Gavray, and its local herbalist, we have developed a unique and memorable recipe. Léa, our talented distiller, put all her passion and expertise into this project. Together, we have selected natural and typically Norman ingredients, each bringing a special touch to our gin: - Juniper: Essential for gin, with its woody and resinous aromas reminiscent of the forests of Normandy. -Lemon: For a burst of freshness and acidity, perfect for summer days. -Bergamot mint: A refreshing and lemony note, bringing a feeling of lightness. -Rose Geranium: A floral and fragrant sweetness, evoking gardens in bloom after a sunny downpour.
