Rum from Normandy

A unique white rum from the De Sutter family, made from "miel de caña", a hybrid between molasses and sugar cane juice. Although Normandy has no sugar cane, this rum is based on an ancient variety of cane grown in Spain, thus creating a link with a distant but authentic terroir. “Meilleur de caña” is fermented with homemade yeast and then distilled twice in a pot still. This artisanal process reveals a lively, fresh and expressive white rum, ideal for those looking for a refined and original spirit. Tasting Notes: - Nose: Fresh and light, with aromas of sugar cane, lime and citrus zest. -Palate: Elegant and fluid, revealing vegetal notes, fresh plants and a light touch of mint. -Finish: Clean and vibrant, with a subtle note of fresh spices and cane sugar.
