Serras del Priorat 2019 red wine

75cl bottle \n \nSerras del Priorat is a red wine from the D.O. Priorat produced by Clos Figueras, a winery located in the town of Gratallops. In this area, the climate is temperate Mediterranean, hot and dry. \n \nThis wine is a coupage of the Garnacha, Cariñena, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties from vines between 5 and 10 years old. The vineyards are planted between 400 and 700 meters above sea level, on extremely poor slate soil. \n \nThe harvest is carried out in 20 kg boxes. After selecting the grapes on the selection table in the winery, fermentation is carried out in 2,500-litre tanks. Maceration takes place after alcoholic fermentation and lasts for two weeks. \n \nSerras del Priorat remains in 300 to 500l second-year French oak barrels for seven months.
