Lavender honey is a natural product that comes mostly from excretions of plant-sucking insects present on the living parts of plants or from secretions from the living parts of plants. Origin: Our bees produce a select lavender honey from the latest harvest, originally from Spain, to guarantee the exquisite flavour that characterises us. Lavender honey comes mainly from lavender flowers (Lavandula stoechas and Lavandula latifolia) from western Spain, predominantly from Castile and Leon. It is produced from the nectar of lavender flowers, usually in the months of July and August.
