Rosemary honey is a natural product that comes mostly from excretions of plant-sucking insects present on the living parts of plants or from secretions from the living parts of plants. Origin: Our bees produce a select rosemary honey from the latest harvest, originally from Spain, to guarantee the exquisite flavour that characterises us. Rosemary honey comes mainly from rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis) in the Mediterranean region of Spain, predominantly from the Valencian Community, Castilla la Mancha, Madrid and Andalusia. It is produced from the nectar of rosemary flowers, usually in the months of March and April.
