Jamón 100% Ibérico Cebo de Campo Roja is obtained from Iberian pigs raised outdoors and fed natural herbs and selected cereals, following a diet that guarantees tasty and balanced meat. This ham is not certified Pata Negra, but its quality is very similar: intense flavor, persistent aroma, and soft texture. The main difference lies in the feed: while Pata Negra comes from pigs fed mainly on acorns during the montanera, Cebo de Campo combines pasture and cereals, offering an excellent alternative at a more affordable price.  Hand-sliced with a knife and offered in 90g plates, it is perfect for restaurants, delicatessens, wine shops and gourmet shops that want to offer authentic and high-quality Iberian ham to a wider audience.
