
Trozos of Cantabrian Anchovies in Galantino Extra Virgin Olive Oil

During processing in the factory it may happen that some of these large fillets can break. In Spanish they call them Trozos, pieces of anchovies. Packaged in glass jars, always in the fine Galantino medium fruity extra virgin olive oil, they can be used to make dishes and sauces based on anchovies and kept in the fridge for later use.
