Mild Basque dry sausage “Txistorra”

Traditionally the txistorra is a semi-dried sausage that is eaten cooked in a pan or on the plancha. Agour has decided to innovate by developing a completely dry sweet txistorra, which you can enjoy as an aperitif like a chorizo. This Basque txistorra is sweet and therefore not spicy.
