Calabrian black pork soppressata

Calabrian soppressata is one of the best-known cured meats in the world. It is obtained from the finest parts of the pig such as loin and leg. Unique and unmistakable flavor and consistency given by the absolute quality meat of the Black Pig of Calabria. The Ferrari farm in Altilia (Cs) produces sausages obtained from black pigs coming exclusively from its own farm. The nutritional properties of pork allow us to obtain products of excellent quality, with a high content of proteins, vitamins, mineral salts and essential fatty acids (source INRAN). Cut: loin and leg of Calabrian black pig. Processing: coarsely chopped, mixed with black peppercorns and salt and stuffed into natural casings. Seasoning: 60 to 90 days. Taste: Sweet Weight: 350 g pack. Product subject to natural weight loss of +- 15%. Casing weight between 310 g and 430 g. Artisanal handmade product subject to limited production.
